Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4579177.

Heavy debris on kerbsides and leaf collection blocked the drains on the main road, previous cleaning of the drains just left removed soot and debris on the side of the road! Please can this be cleaned again properly my 80 year old neighbour had to clean it himself
