Overhanging tree touching roof

Over hanging tree from the croft is now touching the roof of bungalow in chater close apart from the concerns of the over hang the amount of pigeon faeces to said bungalow path to front side and rear to property is major concern as these droppings carry Cryptococcosis Histoplasma and Psittacosis which cause lung issues especially in the elderly
