Significant deposits of mud and silt on pavement

Reported via iOS in the Street Cleansing category by Ian Razzell at 11:57, Sun 6 August 2023

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4863019.

With an inexplicable dropped kerb in this small section of pathway, the mud and silt have built up over many months and now cause pedestrians to step int on the road to avoid it.

The issue has been building over the last 18 months and is getting worse.

  • Every drain is now fully blocked along this stretch of road through a combination of housing development and farmers exiting fields through holes in hedges (rather than using the gated access on the opposite side of their fields. Weeds are growing to a height of 18 inches and the mud on the pavement is still thereā€¦.
