Household waste dumped on public greenspace

The amount of dumped rubbish is increasing as the person is making no attempt to have it removed by proper channel, people walk their dogs and children play on the green space, the rubbish has been accumulating for over a year, the grass cutting teams find it difficult to cut the grass due to the material.
