Drain on Main Street blocked with straw

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4951050.

There is a considerable amount of straw on the side of the road from farm vehicles, the drain on Main Street by Jacobs Well/Church Street is blocked with hay. This will cause flooding with heavy rain.
