Drains blocked by silt on Stamford Road, Ketton

There is regular blocking of the drains along the road due to build up of silt. This causes surface water flooding on the road. I reported the issue earlier in the year and it was resolved. But due to the amount of dust/debris in the road (maybe caused by dust from the cement works?) it soon gets blocked again. A more regular road cleaning maintenance routine would help prevent the road drains being blocked so regularly.
