Has the risk of flooding passed at Teigh Junction?

Reported via Android in the Road Signs category anonymously at 07:56, Monday 11 September 2023

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4979057.

At the Teigh - Market Overton junction there is a 'Try Brakes - Flooding ' sign (photo 2) but a second one is in the ditch and looks damaged ? (Photo 1) . The photos are taken from Google Street View to show the locations. If the flooding issue has cleared can't the signs be removed from the junction? If the signs are necessary shouldn't there be three on display ( one on each road ) ? Thanks.
