Farmer still hasn’t reinstated right of way

This has been ongoing since June /July now ploughed !!!but no clear right of way bridge in need or repair and overgrown

  • Hi I heard from a walker yesterday that branches had been put against right of way gate way and bridge leading to second field they removed them but it is concerning .
