Trees overgrown and touching power lines

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4999078.

The trees are overgrown and touching power lines and are all overhanging private properties. They are all infested with elder and ivy which is killing them. These are on the Highway and initially reported in July 2023. Trees are still growing and some arcing occurs when it rains
