Pooling of water when it rains

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4999086.

Bowling Green Lane does not drain properly and as a result a large pool forms close to Bowls Club entrance after rain. We have used Dyes to show that the water is coming from the centre of the carriageway. This has been reported on numerous occasions and video footage sent to RCC to show issue. RCC have only attended in DRY. Issue has been going on for several years
