Road is cracking up…

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5001560.

This is the third time this has been reported…but no action, The potholing and breakdown due to piecemeal mainternance. In bad weather this causes damage to my property, as spray and debris hit my walls. They need need repainting…at serious £££.

  • This is the fourth time I have reported this. Road mess means my cottage is continually hit with spray and debris…and has just been repainted.. I have had email replies saying no defect and cant be fixed and then emails say YES it does need to fixed. A man with a can of paint arrived to decorate the potholes - but after weeks and months still no action. I am tempted to sue for damage to my cottage.
