Slabs lifting and causing hazards due to roots from trees

Reported via desktop in the Overhanging tree, hedge or shrub category anonymously at 16:04, Thu 21 September 2023

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5018544.

I reported this on the 5th September and to date you have not provided a response at all I sent several pictures to explain the hazards in this public area , on Baines Corner seating area in Uppingham I have also made Uppingham Town Council aware that I have reported it to you as they have advised that it is your responsibility The slabs are lifted and broken and it is an area with three benches that the public use, it is a trip fall hazard and you have not to date done anything to make people aware of the possible danger. If anyone was to trip or fall they could make a claim against RCC for injuries to them
