Street light 2727 to the rear of Horn Close is obscured by foliage and subsequently the footpath is in darkness, a potential hazard for pedestrians

    The branches blocking the light still remain, as the equipment used (cutting blades on the rear of a tractor) could not reach the branches that need to be removed.
