Leaves
Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 20:55, Wednesday 8 November 2023
Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5190372.
Roadway around Drs Surgery entrance was not swept when the rest of Willoughby Drive was a couple of weeks ago due to continually parked vehicles 7.30am-6.30pm weekdays. (The same applies to Main Street in this vicinity). There are now a huge number of soggy slippery leaves both on the road and footways. The kerb line is obliterated by the leaf piles in some places. Appreciate many more leaves to fall but the area is very hazardous right now.

You have sent me an update today saying the team have inspected the location and the problem has been forwarded to the appropriate department. Please note that the area is inaccessible for sweeping vehicles every weekday between 7.30am and 6.30 pm due to parked vehicles associated with the Drs surgery. In the past, a sweeper came out on Saturday morning to do this job. Please pass this information to your operatives every time they sweep Willoughby Drive/Main Street.
