Large amount of fly tipping

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5208995.

The contents of a van or a flatbed truck has been dumped in the hedge next to the lay-by, A47 westbound above Barrowden overlooking Live Hill. The most obvious item is a flue of some kind so I would image that it’s builders waste.
