Overgrown hedge

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5318514.

Overgrown hedge belonging to no.28 Princess avenue has now made the path on lonsdale way less than one and a half feet wide . For Rutland Council to say this is not a problem and have now closed this issue is a disgrace.

  • The issue with the hedge belonging to no 28 princess avenue is getting out of hand. For the council to send someone out and say it is OK is a joke, who was it Stevie Wonder?

  • We have now inspected the location of the report according to our highways inspection policy which can be viewed at https://www.rutland.gov.uk/ roads-transport-parking/ highways/ highways-plans-policies/ highway-inspection-policy.

    We cannot find any defect that meets the level that a repair is required and therefore no repair is required at this stage. Thank you for reporting this to us and this report has been closed.
