Refuse from garage access

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5366236.

Garage No6 blue door appears to be having a clear out. Strewn all over - wood pieces, bedding, back pack full of beer cans. This garage was/is being used as storage for a gardening/building business.
