Slip and Trip issue due to Moss and Mud on Church Walk

Church Walk - slip and trip issue A resident has slipped over heavily onto their back due to the large amount of moss and mud that is to be found along the pathway. This was previously reported and the pathway was found to be useable. This is clearly not the case. This needs to be urgently dealt with before another accident occurs.
