Leaves from winter leaf fall

Reported via mobile in the Street Cleansing category by Corrinne Cassapi at 11:32, Tue 16 January 2024

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5450155.

The roads in Stretton do not appear to have had the winter leaves cleared, causing a slip hazard especially when saturated and fosts are present( we do not have footpaths). Also increasing the risk of drains being blocked in heavy rainfall.
