Bin removed from post - stolen ?

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5464841.
Bin previously reported as ON THE FLOOR & needin gto be REHUNG. Neighbour had already rehung it once & it fell down again. Now it has GONE COMPLETELY - th elid is sotil on the pole but NO BIN. there is a huge problem with dog poo on roads, verges, grass, footways & even aledgedly in some private gardens so PLEASE REINSTATE THE BIN IMMEDIATELY and this time hang it LOW enough for all dog owners to reach & to use easily & properly.

Dog poo bin reported missing on 19th January on popular route for dog walkers. Bin still not reinstated 30th April.
