Fly tipping on a large scale

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5465789.

The rubbish being thrown over the hedge has blocked the drainage.and caused a major flood on the road down to the Industrial estate. Until this winters floods it was not discovered.
