Ditch blocked

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5544772.

As you go over the hill past the farm towards Braunston the side of the road has been scooped out but in 2 places the ditch has become blocked and the scooped out places are full of water and now running down the road because of blocked ditch
