Trip hazzard due to parking on footway and poor reinstatement policies

Reported via desktop in the Cracked or Damaged Road Surface category by PHILIP WILDBORE at 11:01, Fri 9 February 2024

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5553021.

There are no restictions on loading/unloading so why do so many use the footpaths for deliveries. Endemic in Oakham.
