Full deep ditches represent public safety hazard
Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5593628.
Since the Elms housing development was built the ditches on Leicester Road fill & overflow regularly with heavy rain. The ditches are deep and could present a safety concern for the public - children playing on the edge have been witnessed. The overfilling water covers up the deep curbs which could be an issue for cyclist & cars.
