This pothole has been here for 6 months and longer. Contractors tip in a bag of macadam and in a few weeks the holes are back. It is highly dangerous to vehicle, cyclist and horseriders. The potholes exceeds Rutlands Highway Inspection Policy & Appendix 2 for severity.
