Footpath covered in mud and rotten leaves

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5839884.

The footpath is exceptionally slippy and covered in a layer of mud and rotten leaves. The path needs to be cleared and scrapped back to ensure no injuries are incurred by pedestrians on the slippy surface
