Cover not on chamber

Reported via desktop in the Manhole & Drain Covers category anonymously at 10:32, Mon 15 April 2024

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5853350.

On the verge the cover is off the Openreach chamber leaving a deep hole that is covered with vegetation, so hidden from other users that may need to go on to the verge to avoid vehicles. This has been reported before and has been like this over a year. Could cause serious injury to horse, dogs, pedestrians.
