Unauthorised traffic lights

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5888308.

Once again Balfour Beatty have erected temporary traffic lights (3-way) on the A6121 High Street, junction with Pit Lane. There is no notice of authorisation on RCC website or on one.network. These road works are clearly planned and part of the housing development at The Crescent.
