Missing public bridleway

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5936026.

Inaccessible public bridleway. On Rutland definitive map, it is identified as ID 151 on routeno E145, linkno 6 (see attached). On the A606 end, there is no access at all (see attached Google Street View). An access point cannot be found at the coordinates listed on OS maps. On the Oakham Road end, the sign is obscured and the gate is tied shut.
