Cover is loose, damaged or warped. It bangs every time a vehicle goes over it. As traffic in the area has increased it has become very noisy and irritating especially when it continues into late at night.

This enquiry has been closed because it’s been determined that it relates to an un-adopted road. Un-adopted roads do not have to be maintained by the Highway Authority (Rutland County Council) under the Highways Act 1980. A legal duty to maintain these roads still exists, but it falls to the owners of the road to do so.
