No footpath through established crops

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6003000.

The footpath hasn't been reinstated through the well established crops. The stiles are over grown at both ends of the footpath. There don't appear to be any footpath signs at either end of the path
