All three turn on the bridge had lots of water to wade through , it’s just standing , I took photos but they didn’t show the water with the light etc

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6031798.

This bridge flooded with water before the surface was renewed , today it was the worst I’ve ever seen it , every turn had standing water that you had to waste through . the new surface has definitely made no change to be honest today it’s made it much worse , it’s not nice for people having to negotiate the deep water on the turns .
