Overgrown trees,blocking access to the rear of properties.

I have reported this problem before,and a half hearted effort was made to cut back the over grown vegitation. The trees and bushes are just allowed to grow at will with no management at all.the other side gets trimmed and mown quite often.as they get bigger they are blocking the light from our houses.I also reported the fire risk in hot summers with climate change.this was completely the wrong type of planting the council allowed.The photos show my garden and my grandsons.
