Overgrown bushes/trees obstructing view on oncoming vehicles from the left

Overgrown vegetations requires cutting back on the left, to give a clear view for the motorist approaching the junction and trying to turn right down Maresfield Rd to Lands End Way.

  • This enquiry has been closed because it’s been determined that it relates to an un-adopted road. Un-adopted roads do not have to be maintained by the Highway Authority (Rutland County Council) under the Highways Act 1980. A legal duty to maintain these roads still exists, but it falls to the owners of the road to do so.
