Numerous deep potholes making the road difficult to walk or drive over.

The entire section of this road - from the junction at Station Rd to the junction of a private road, is littered with deep potholes. I have already had an expensive allow wheel damaged, other people have lost their footing in bad weather and it is almost impossible to drive along this road without hitting a pothole. The issue has been present for over a year and although some repairs were undertaken previously, the repairs themselves have now deteriorated. The section of road needs renewing.

We have now inspected the area and our assessment is that no action is required at this stage. The issue reported will be considered as part of the planned programme of work that Rutland County Council carry out.
The issue will be considered alongside other projects and requests and will be prioritised accordingly.
We cannot provide a timescale for a resolution or confirm that this will be rectified. We do combine individual works under our programmed works, for instance gully cleaning.
