Overgrown trees and bushes encroaching over boundary

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6246746.

Trees and bushes along the bypass are encroaching over the property boundary and are now so out of control that they are growing over windows and restricting light to my property as well as damaging my fencing.
