Approx 22” pothole wide + 16” + deep outside gates of 1 High Street on public access

The large hole (sink) appeared this afternoon. We have managed to borrow a bollard as we believe this is a dangerous hazard for pedestrians and//or cars driving over it. This area was resurfaced in recent years by Rutland Council but obviously this needs urgent attention.
