Hedging reduces footway from 1500mm fown to around 750mm.

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6308101.

Whilst being trimmed the hedge is not cut back to the footpath line. There is insufficient room for a wheelchair to use the footpath. They must go onto the road.
