Vegetation across footpath

The footpath from Baulk Rd to Glaston Road is very narrow due to nettles and grass across the path. This makes it unusable to anyone in a wheelchair, on a mobility scooter, child in a pushchair or even just anyone walking . It is NOT the hedge causing the problem. This is a problem every year from June to Oct.
