Giant puddle at end of Manor Lane

Reported via desktop in the Surface Water on the Highway category anonymously at 17:48, Sunday 22 September 2024

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6500620.

This was a recurring problem last autumn through to spring which was supposedly fixed. The large and deep puddle is back at the first real rains and presumably the drains are blocked again. This may seem a small issue but causes real problems at this junction for pedestrians.

Updates

  • Still blocked road side drain, not due to leaves as check as normally clear them, seems to be blocked further down grate. Water still across complete junction.
