SWGrate is filled with debris

Reported via mobile in the Drains/Ditches Blocked category anonymously at 16:08, Monday 23 September 2024

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6505658.

Large volumes of debris have washed down and filled the grated drain at the roadside causing flooding. I have c;eared the diret on top of the grate with no positive result. The drain needs clearing deeper down and the road needs clearing of all the dirt and stones from the rains.

  • Weds 03-10-2024. Despite trying to clear the drain last week it is flooded and blocked again. It needs a professional and thorough clearing. The road surface is being adversely affected and it is almost impossible to to past without getting covered in muck and dirty water. Can this please be addressed? TIA.
