Tree obscuring road sign

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6519477.

Near the c of e primary school the 20 speed sign is obscured by a tree when entering town. When leaving town the 20 sign is turned through 90 degrees and not visible.
