Property being flooded

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6538286.

The drain on the lay-by on the A6003 at Durham Ox Farm is blocked with silt, mud and leaves resulting in highway water collecting, backing up and running down into our property flooding our barns and outbuildings and ruining animal feed stuffs, etc.
