First pothole entering Wood Lane, second pothole after 7th Pole

Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 12:00, Saturday 9 November 2024

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6712214.

These potholes have existed months; they have been enlarged due to quarry traffic and weather. Not easily detectable in poor weather conditions/dark, even with headlights. Unlit road; if you are unfortunate to catch one, will cause car damage. Dangerous to cyclists. The first one at the junction was not included when repairs were last carried out several months ago.
