There is a large pothole in the centre of the road, on the southbound carriageway of the A6003, as the road goes under the railway bridge. I use this road regularly and over the past few months the surface under the railway bridge of the A6003 has been deteriorating. A pothole developed near the centre of the road, by the dividing line between the north and southbound carriageways. This pothole has been getting gradually larger and is now causing vehicles to drive at least 30cm (1 foot) away from the centre of the road. This means the nearside wheels are closer to the kerb where road debris naturally gathers and therefore risking picking up something that may cause a puncture. Can this pothole please be urgently attended to and repaired, and the area around the railway bridge, with the lighter surface, be inspected and other defects addressed where necessary. Many thanks
