Deep gulley developed along edge of road from water leak (over 12 mths)

Road is narrow here and now dangerous as there's a deep gulley along edge of road where running water has been flowing for 12mths + . Neighbours have damaged tyres / wheels as a result of having to pull over to road edge when cars meet here .

Problem still exists ! Gulley is about 6 ins deep in places and very dangerous as road is narrow here and cars need to pull over to side in order to pass. Water is still flowing from spring or broken pipe so gulley being deepened. Water flowing on both sides of road today (2 April 25)
