The wide speed bump has a sunken area

Reported via mobile in the Cracked or Damaged Road Surface category anonymously at 06:24, Fri 29 November 2024

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6798715.

The wide speed bump has been ‘fixed’ in the past, but it still has a sunken area near the path, this is causing the many 000’s of additional lorries which have increased due to Bourne housing over the last 3 years to triple bounce along then 24hrs a day, this is disturbing our sleep along with further damage, would someone please take a look - many thanks

  • Someone came out about 3 weeks ago and drew yellow lines on the areas that have sunk, these have since been worn out, assume photos were taken so you won’t double handle? With the increased volume of construction traffic mainly out of Bourne & z the new Langtoft quarry - under SKDC, will we get a refund for this from SKDC DUE TO THE additional repetitive repair of this road or can we get restrictions of road use, this is the 3rd time in 4 years now.
