Lights not where they are supposed to be

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6823548.

The lights have been moved onto the corner of the main road by the turn for Gates Garden centre, this is causing 60 min delays from Langham to Oakham and according to the schedule of works permitted they should not be on the main road.
