Road drain still blocked

I have previously reported this blocked drain, it’s been updated as fixed as of 31st December but nothing has changed on this drain and I have not seen anyone working on it. It is still backing up every time it rains even when no other drains in the road are backing up. This is silted up between the drain and the outflow.
