Footpath E230 blocked

Sent to Rutland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6945287.

Following the floods the fence alongside footpath E230 is blocking the footpath once again. The flood water has dragged the fence and fence posts across the footpath. I have dragged a few sections away but I can't manage the whole lot as it is too heavy. The landowner has not addressed the problem since it was reported last year. The fence needs to be repaired properly or removed.
